摘要： 生成式人工智能的发展正在推动人—机关系愈益超出传统“人与工具”的范畴。人类与生成式人工智能在持续互动中形成的新型社会关系可以称为“智缘关系”。智缘关系的形成基础主要体现在生成式人工智能的拟主体性表征与人机互动的社会交往属性两个层面。在具体的关系实践中，智缘关系呈现出三种相互关联的结构特征：认知层面的意义非对称性，伦理层面的去责任化倾向，以及用户、平台与人工智能三元结构中的权力不对称性，进而衍生三类风险。“智缘”使社会关系理论面对一个新的事实：当关系的一端并不具备完整的人类主体地位，却能够持续回应并参与互动时，社会关系仍可能在经验层面生成，并在平台结构的持续塑造下产生社会性后果。作为分析数智社会人机互动的新概念，“智缘”不仅有助于拓展社会关系理论的解释边界，还有助于识别其衍生的认知责任与权力风险并完善相应的治理机制。

Abstract: The development of generative artificial intelligence is taking human-AI relations beyond the traditional “human-tool” framework. A new form of social relation formed through sustained interaction between humans and generative AI can be called “intelligent affinity relations”. The formation of such relations is primarily based on two levels: Manifestations of quasi-subjectivity of generative AI and the social character of human-AI interaction. In specific relational practices, intelligent affinity relations exhibit three interrelated structural features: Asymmetry in meaning-making at the cognitive level, a tendency toward de-responsibilization at the ethical level, and power asymmetry within the user-platform-AI triad, which further gives rise to three types of risks. Intelligent affinity makes social relations theory confront a new fact: When one end of a relation does not possess full human subject status, yet is able to continuously respond and participate in interaction, social relations may still be generated at the empirical level and produce social consequences under the continuous shaping of platform structures. As a new concept for analyzing human-AI interaction in the digital-intelligent society, “intelligent affinity” not only helps broaden the explanatory boundaries of theories of social relations, but also facilitates the identification of cognitive responsibility and power risks derived from them, and improves corresponding governance mechanisms.
