摘要： 当前的数智化转型已经遍及公共生活的各个领域，其遭遇的困境多被理解为技术工具理性的侵蚀。这种结构分析忽略了智能向善的引领作用，原因在于对技术应用特征和价值定位的判断失当，将之应用于解释社会工作服务是不全面的。数智技术、社会结构与行动者的互构不能脱离人类价值观而迁就技术滥用，应该立场鲜明地把人作为数智技术应用的起点和终点。建设性的策略安排是，促进社会工作数智化的场景适应、场景改造、场景转换和场景衔接等多方耦合，推动数智技术伦理同社会工作价值观的对齐。

Abstract: The current digital-intelligent transformation has pervaded all areas of public life, and the dilemmas it encounters are often understood as the erosion of technical-instrumental rationality. This structural analysis overlooks the guiding role of AI for goodness, resulting from a misjudgment of the characteristics and value orientation of technology application. The mutual construction among digital-intelligent technology, social structure, and actors cannot accommodate the proliferation of technology by departing from human values. Instead, it should take a clear stance that human beings are both the starting point and the endpoint of digital-intelligent technology application. A constructive strategic arrangement is to promote the multi-dimensional coupling of scenario adaptation, scenario reconstruction, scenario transition, and scenario articulation in the digitalization of social work, thereby aligning the ethics of digital-intelligent technology with the values of social work.
