摘要： 贾植芳一生动荡不安，前半生随着时代大潮辗转多地；后半生尽管定居上海，但其书斋生活也并未如其所愿般“安定”。如果说他生命的前半期是被时代和社会推着向前走，是一种“体验式”的流浪文人与革命者的生命样态，那么，在上海他才逐渐完成了向岗位知识分子的身份转换。这种转换并不是我们通常看到的随着1950年代大学建设与院系调整而发生的较为被动的个人身份的调整，而是早在贾植芳初到上海的1946—1949这三年间，于这座城市内部不断迁移的过程中，就已经通过种种写作的尝试与知识工作的实践主动进行了探索。这个过程，既体现了大时代来临前知识分子主动投身、参与新的时代建设的愿景与努力，也是将自己的生命有意识地融入一个城市的进程。

Abstract: Jia Zhifang’s life was turbulent throughout. His first half was spent drifting across many places with the tides of the era; even after settling in Shanghai in his later years, his scholarly life never attained the “stability” he had wished for. If the first half of his life was being pushed forward by the times and society, a kind of “experiential” existence as a wandering literatus and revolutionary, then it was in Shanghai that he gradually completed his shift to the identity of a “positional intellectual”. This shift was not the relatively passive personal identity adjustment usually seen in the wake of the 1950s university construction and departmental mergers; rather, as early as the three years from 1946 to 1949, when Jia first arrived in Shanghai and kept relocating within the city, he had already actively explored this transition through various writing attempts and the practice of knowledge work. This process embodies both the aspiration and effort of an intellectual on the brink of a great era to voluntarily plunge into and participate in the building of a new age, and the conscious fusion of his own life into the trajectory of a city.
