摘要： 全球化浪潮的持续深入，正在深刻重塑人文研究的格局与问题意识：一方面，文化全球化的现实迫使学界重新审视以民族国家为框架的文学研究范式；另一方面，后殖民理论等的兴起也对西方中心主义的世界文学观提出了系统性批判。“新世界文学”由此成为回应时代转型的理论生长点。相较于以经典文本集合为旨归的传统世界文学观，“新世界文学”将目光转向文学的流通、翻译与跨文化接受等，研究范式从“本体论”走向“现象学”，从国族框架走向跨国流动网络。这一转型不仅关乎学科重塑，更触及全球化时代文学如何回应文化认同、身份政治与人类精神价值等深层命题。有鉴于此，《探索与争鸣》编辑部特约王苗苗教授对方维规教授就“新世界文学”的理论演进、关键论争及其中代表性的移民文学等话题展开访谈，并择其精要刊发，以飨读者。

Abstract: The deepening wave of globalization is profoundly reshaping the landscape and problem-consciousness of humanities research. On the one hand, the reality of cultural globalization compels academia to re-examine the paradigm of literary studies framed by nation-states. On the other hand, the rise of postcolonial theory has systematically criticized the Western-centric view of world literature. “New World Literature” has thus emerged as a theoretical growth point responding to the transformation of the era. In contrast to the traditional conception of world literature as a collection of canonical texts, “New World Literature” turns its attention to the circulation, translation, and cross-cultural reception of literature, shifting its research paradigm from “ontology” to “phenomenology”, and from a national framework to a transnational network of flows. This transformation is not only a matter of disciplinary reshaping but also touches on deeper issues such as how literature responds to cultural identity, identity politics, and the spiritual values of humanity in the age of globalization. In light of this, the editorial board invited Dr. Wang Miaomiao to conduct an interview with Professor Fang Weigui on topics including the theoretical evolution of New World Literature, key debates, and representative migrant literature, and has selected the essence of the interview for publication, so as to offer it to our readers.
