摘要： 在现代化与城镇化加速推进的背景下，城市地区始终面临着文化传承与经济建设之间的张力，亟须借助文化的“交互式创新”来实现均衡发展。首先，城市现代文化发展能够激活文化遗产的传承与保护。消费场景的打造和创意社群的融入使传统的文化遗产转变为可体验的活态生活场所；现代科技的应用将文化遗产所表征的静态历史重塑为当下体验；多元文化的协商对话使得文化遗产成为推动当代跨区域认同的关键媒介。其次，文化遗产的传承嵌入城市发展进程，其不仅是空间符号，更是塑造城市品质与居民福祉的媒介，可以成为共创的公共文化叙事，并进一步将这一社会整合功能拓展至更广泛的多元社会群体。我国的城市文化发展与文化遗产传承的交互式创新能够促进“新旧中西”“城里的乡愁”等多元文化交融，并通过形塑文化自觉为全球城市文脉复兴提供独特方案。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of accelerated modernization and urbanization, urban areas have long been confronted with the tension between cultural preservation and economic development, necessitating the adoption of “interactive innovation” to achieve balanced development. First, the development of modern urban culture can activate the preservation and transmission of cultural heritage. The creation of consumption scenarios and the integration of creative communities transform traditional cultural heritage into experiential, living spaces; the application of modern technology reshapes the static history represented by cultural heritage into interactive, contemporary experiences; and the negotiation and dialogue among diverse cultures turn cultural heritage into a key medium for fostering cross-regional identity in the present day. Second, the inheritance of cultural heritage is embedded in the process of urban development; it is not merely a spatial symbol but also a medium for shaping urban quality and residents’ well-being. It can become a co-created public cultural narrative, further extending this function of social integration to a broader range of diverse social groups. The interactive innovation between China’s urban cultural development and the inheritance of cultural heritage can promote the integration of multiple cultures, such as “old and new, Chinese and Western”, and “urban nostalgia”, and, by shaping cultural self-awareness, offer a unique pathway for the transformation of global urban cultural contexts.
